UCONN where to stay...

To those who are at UCONN or been to their interview...

What is the best hotel to live in there? (cheap and good).... and how do I get to the school from the hotel? from taxi, bus, subway??

Is there cheap shuttle service from airport to the hotel too? thanks..

Your best bet is to stay at one of the hotels in Hartford, New Britain, Plainville, or Southington. The latter three locations have hotels/motels that are cheaper. Sorry, I don't know rates. All four cities/towns are within a 10-minute drive of the UConn Health Center, which is in Farmington, CT. Bus service is available but you're better off catching a cab.

Airport is in Windsor Locks, about a 30-minute drive to Hartford; 45-minutes to UConn Health Center.
