I have a condo for rent in Solana Beach, about 10 minutes from UCSD. It is 3 bedroom (or 2 bedroom with an office) and 2.5 baths. The complex is on the bluffs overlooking the beach (the unit does not have an ocean view though) and there is beach access. There are swimming pools, jacuzzis, tennis courts and double-gated covered parking. The unit is south facing so it is very sunny. It is 2 floors.
