yes, it said so...but it said its provisional till i submit required documents which i am going to 🙂

Did u get it also ?

I don't know if they called all 24. I am waiting too. Mary said its gonna take some more days. I count total 5 that have got the acceptences here, could the rest of the guys let us know too thru this acceptance page? that way we know whats goin' on?

i too called mary but she said she can't tell the decision on phone they will e-mail with in a week.i know this wait is really very hard.congrats to all who got the acceptance.

hi i just recieved a letter that says that i have been granted high alternate status for IDP.is there anybody else also with same status.and are there chances of getting seat please give advice thanks.
 
so does that mean all acceptances are out......? if they have started processing the wait list... any inputs anyone.......

u mean letter as in snail mail or the e-mail?????? wen did ya get it? anyone else u know in alt list? did ya call up mary pham???
 
hi i just got the letter in regular mail today.I tried to call mary but she was not in the office and i do't know about anybody else who is on the alternate list.Did u get ur result or not.Does anybody has some idea that whether people from alternate list get seat or not.
 
i have a senior who graduated this year he told his time all the high order and nearly some medium order got cleared
 
thanks for sharing that it gives atleast some hope.Earlier i was waiting for the result n now i m waiting for the seat hardest wait of my life.🙁
 
i know 3 ppl in the high priority waiting list. Last year the high priority got cleared i heard too....

I got my acceptance mail from UCSF few days ago and i am really relly happy because it was always my dream and i was always waiting for it 😀
but on the other hand i got acceptance from UCLA and UMN whic both are great schools .in addition my wife is already in 2nd year of same program in UMN ...its really difficult for me to make decision but any way i'm happy that i got acceptance from those great schools..
good luck to allll hope to see in ucsf(if i choose it)
 
has anyone heard anything from Mary Pham after receiving the provisional acceptance letter? like which documents are to be submitted?
 
well i mailed her and she told she will be mailing admission packet soon thats it

Do you guys know if we need to fill the confidential financial statement and bank certificationt if you are a permanent resident? They seem to be used to get a visa. Thanks advance for your help.
 
hi yayi,
i m also sailing in the same boat.i tried calling mary n she told me that send the documents that are applicable to u. The documents that u mentioned are required for visa so for now i have just sent the copies of my passport n permanent resident card.If u come to know about anything else let me know als😵ne thing more what we should do now?go ahead n fill the fafsa application?Reply.

Thank you for your reply. I called Mary. She said we don't need to fill the confidetial financial statement, but we need write a statement to declare how much is your personal saving, how much is your expecting loan, and the total cost for IDP. And we need to send our bank statement also, showing how much saving we have. For the FAFSA, I guess we can try now. Good luck!
