Just a question for current UCSF Students. How much financial aid did you receive? Both for school and living expenses. What was your EFC? Thanks

UCSF hasn't given out financial aid packages for new students yet then?

Had another question for you guys: what all did you receive in your acceptance packet. I feel like I am missing something. There was the card for provisional admit, instructions for the security deposit, and a bunch of flyers, but no other applications (financial aid, housing, etc). I have since obtained and filled out a financial aid application, but just want to make sure I'm not missing anything else vital.

Six year old thread. Does anyone know if their use of the word financial aid = free money?
Does UCSF offer such financial aid?

UCSF offers a few dean's/ chancellor's scholarships for spectacular applicants (~5ish students). I don't know the amount because I didn't get one. Everyone else gets a small grant and if your need is high enough, they'll give you more "free money".

Hope this helps
