UCSF Transcript requirment

I am in confusion about transcript requirement of UCSF

they are saying on web site that all transcript should come directly from institution

what about if I have my transcript sealed and stamped with me can I send it with other document or they need it directly (from our country of education) from institution

the one you have is good enough for them...they just want in a sealed envelope...
