UDM vs. Creighton

There are pros and cons to both schools. If you had to choose between these two schools which would you choose?

I was accepted to both last year and chose Creighton because it is a nice new school, (2018), way to live and commute to campus, relatively smaller class etc.
Also much less expensive!
