Hii,

I have applied to UF Jax campus and I havent heard anything from them? Is anyone in the same boat as me? I am kind of getting worried. My Pharmcas GPA is 3.35 and PCAT 82. I have worked in a hospital pharmacy for 3 yrs and I am currently working at Walgreens as a pharmacy technican. Does anyone think my stats are ok to be atleast called for an interview? I am getting really worried. If anyone can please reply me, I would really appreciate it.

when did you apply.....are the pcat scores the jan ones.....ur pcat socre is good ....ur GPA is a little under their average but acceptable....they have a another round of interviews in april so there is sitll time...good luck

I applied last yr sometime in October...and my PCAT scores are from last year from October...hopefully will get an interview request...! Thanks for replying..

I dont know if you know about this...gatorgrl...but have they already sent out letters for March 30 interview or are they still sending interview letters for March 30?

PharmDstudent23 --- I have a question for you...does UF focus just on the overall score or individual subsections of the PCAT?...I had a 76 overall but had a 43 on verbal......I had a 3.64 GPA...oh also ur pharm Cas GPA does not mean anything...it is only the science classes you took. I say this because in your first post I see that you posted your pharm Cas GPA....

I think according to me UF does see individual scores..but mainly they would focus on science scores of the PCAT...soo...yaa...oh really they only look at science GPA and pharmacas doesnt mean anything..wow..i m clueless to their way of grading...have u heard anything from them? or are you already a student at UF?

I am a student at UF. The first JAx interview isn't until March 30 - so you still have time to hear from them for the first interview. I have a few friends that have gotten interview invites using Jan PCAT scores. I interviewed at the Orlando campus over a week ago and we still haven't heard back on the result of the interview- its killing me!!
