Your cons, to me, are benign for both. Seems like there is no avoiding student rankings/AOA dynamics, so you're going to have to work hard towards your goals regardless of which school you attend (which I'm sure you're prepared to do). UF wins for fit and location and UVA wins for proximity to support systems (assuming close enough that you could visit on off weekends which wouldn't be as possible at UF) but you don't seem to provide any preference on how these things matter in terms of your happiness - perhaps this is something you ought to reflect on.

If you are at all serious about pursuing academic medicine, then UVA would be the safe bet. In terms of competitive residencies, both schools should be able to get you into whatever field you desire but one thing to look into would be home residencies at each school in specialties you may be interested in. The other thing to think about is regional bias for matching, if you have thought that far ahead.
