I completely agree with what everyone said about the interview. AZCOM and UHSCOM were the MOST laid back out of the interviews that I had been to. They really do accept practically everyone that interviews, more so than other schools that interview. Read the sticky for interviews that tkim has posted at the top of the forum. I am obsessive compulsive, so I printed out EVERY single interview experience for every school I interviewed at (of course, not using my own printer, but using my work's printer...heheh).
If I remember correctly, the dean or vice president actually even walks into the room at the beginning of the day and even states that everyone is pretty much accepted to the school. It's rather comforting to hear that before you begin the day.
Bring a mint or gum, your interview is definitely AFTER lunch. When chosing your lunch, choose something safe that won't stain your clothes...unless you aren't a messy eater.
If you're a guy, just disregard the very last paragraph. Most men wore your typical suit. Any color and style should do, provided you don't dress up trying to look like Puff Diddy or P. Daddy or Puffy. Don't wear some crazy tie, either. Remember that most of these people are relatively conservative.
I don't know if you're a girl or a guy, but I wore a black pantsuit (I'm a girl) and I pulled my hair back (half up and half down) and attempted to tame fly aways, but I still really ended up just looking like Medusa who just happens to be interviewing for becoming a future physician (osteopathic at that too

).
Alot of the women that I have seen at my interviews either wore pantsuits or a suit with a skirt. Actually, now that I think about it, even though the weather was cold, most of the women wore suits with skirts. I just wore pants because according to al of the psychologists out there, the more masculine the appearance of a woman, the more likely she is to be perceived as being professional and capable. Not that I really look like a girl anyway, I would've just ended up looking like a man trying to look like a girl in a skirt. Plus, if you're the type to worry about a run in your nylons, go for the pants. Navy blue is the most professional color to wear, but very difficult to find in a suit for women (including one that fits). Last piece of advice, DON'T WEAR OPEN-TOED STILLETOS! I think this was the funniest thing

I had ever seen at an interview (and yes, I do own a couple pairs of these, but they're not for interviewing in!).
