Anyone else receive their UIC acceptance yet?

It's my first acceptance! I'm pretty excited. Not sure if I'll be attending, but it's nice to hear from one of my schools.

They notified me through email, but they said they're sending me another acceptance letter through regular snail mail. I applied in October too so that might've helped their early decision.

Where did you all take your human anatomy courses that had cadaver labs? I see UIC requires 30 hours but i'm not sure the city colleges A&P courses have cadaver labs.

I got an email from UIC and then two days later I received an acceptance via snail mail. I applied in November and got admitted early decision in December. I'm still waiting from 2 other schools before I decide if UIC is the school for me.

I received a financial aid email from UIC today (almost gave me a heart attack cause I thought I was accepted - thanks UIC! 😀). Anyway, anyone who was accepted receive this before they found out they were in? I'm asking b/c the only other schools that sent me financial aid emails were schools I got accepted to.... I may be overthinking but UIC would be great as I'd have in-state tuition!

I, too, received an email concerning financial aid for UIC, but I have not been accepted yet either. I am assuming they sent it to everybody..

That's what I'm thinking - probably sent it to everyone still in review. I'm sure that means we haven't been rejected though so that is good news 🙂

Have any of you calculated the total cost of attendance for an in-state student for UIC? Just tuition?

I went to the information session and they said around $50k all together. I believe that included books too.

Has anyone else been accepted? I just got an email saying we would find out at very latest march 15. I didn't realize it was a rolling admission.

how do they check if the class has cadaver?
