I read in their website that you have to submit the photocopy of your green card.Lets see what others say.

yes..u do need to have the green card or citizenship to apply. They need the front and back photocopy of the greeen-card to apply.

Hello pandu, EAD is different from the green card. you can get your EAD while waiting for the green card. are you here in the states for work? or you are here for residency? if you are here for work that means you have a working visa and working visa is different from green card. if you are here for residency, then wait first till you get your green card before you apply. it usually takes a couple of months from the time you get your EAD to the time you get your green card. and the EAD card only has one year validity (meaning it will expire after one yr).

for polio you will have to have the shot again, but for the Hep B ask only for a blood titer and you'll know if you have to take another dose or not;

last year Jill made a group on facebook.com so we could know each other; since she's not at UIC right now, and i don't know if braulia is doing it for you, you can make your own group and if you're looking for our class, IDP 2010, you may get to know us before May;
another thing, try to be familiar with Axium:"AxiUm is a dental school clinic management program designed to support a paperless environment. It reduces the number of software applications operating in different areas of our dental school while combining information from multiple databases into one, easily accessible operation"- you can just google it and you'll find some good info..
and collect as many teeth as possible👍

the laptop is not mandatory, as far as i know; still all our lectures, assignament and lots of useful stuff can be found online, so you need a laptop/computer at home..at school there's a comp lab, where you can work while in school; plus our lab has about 8 laptops too..we didn't use them that much, but maybe you will;
all the instrum will be lended to you, you will pay a lease fee and will have everything you will need to work in the clinics or lab;

the one that is really needed is Torabinajad' Endo, the 4th edition with the cd..the rest is up to you if you get them or not; at each course the director of the course will recommend one book..it's up to you if you buy it not;

Cause i need to prepare. Also what exercises do i need to practice?? Is it on manikin or just holding it by on hand technique.
