UIC thoughts?

I was just accepted into University of Illinois at Chicago’s DPT program and honestly thought it was so far out of my reach as an out of state student that I hadn’t put much thought into the pros and cons of the program as other programs that I’ve applied to so am hoping to hear some opinions, especially since they didn’t do interviews. What is a big draw to the program? I love it being in Chicago and surrounded by so many medical facilities but don’t know too much about what makes the program stand out as so highly ranked. If anyone has any knowledge or thoughts please please let me know!!

I also just got accepted today! We are in the same situation. I’m from out of state and wasn’t expecting much from them either. I never really looked into too many details about the program before applying for this reason. The out of state tuition is also quite pricey :/

Hey there! Did you end up accepting your spot and putting down your deposit?!

Hi! I unfortunately think that I will be declining my spot. I put down my deposit at another school, but am wanting to confirm that they received it before I give up my seat at my other programs. I’m just paranoid it’s not going to go through or something
