I heard it's impossible to get accepted to UIC with no degree? I'm planning on applying there next fall (my third year) and have pretty good stats. Is there any home?

The goal for percent bachelors for Fall 2008 is over 75% according to one of the professors there. Current p-1s are about 70% with bachelors.
