Hello fellow docs! Wanted to see what you guys thought about this case for diagnosis of birth defect. See images below.
Medical History
30 year old female, pregnancy 11 weeks 6 days, non-smoker, no lower abdominal pain, no bleeding, 90 mm simple cyst on left ovary, no previous family history on either side for birth defects, genetic testing results not available.
Lets see what you guys think. I will post more info next week.
