UMich requirement for rec letter

I was wondering does UMich require

a. an official seal on the rec letter and
b. letter from an employer

I remember reading that, but I can't find that piece of information anymore. So I'm doubting myself.

a) Does not have to be an "official" seal. I had the rec. sign their name over the seal of the envelope and it was sufficient.
b) Yes, one from an employer is required.

They specify that the letter of rec has to be on an official college/univ letterhead but I think all recommenders write it with it. Oh..don't forget to give your recommender the supplemental form that they have online. I didn't notice when they put it up on the site but the adcom accepted my letters without it.
