UMN require IBT speaking score above 20..is this strict?

I got a 95 at iBT...

I wanna apply UMN(minesota)

they said the each section of ibT must be above 20..and the total score above 94...

I'm on the rope...

shoud i take iBT again..because my speaking score is lower than 20..

It's a pain to take toefl and it costs...much for me...

How do u think everone?

hey guys, can you tell me how many seats are there in UMN for foreign trained dentists? and do they prefer applicants having good work experience or they give more preference to part 1 score........?
