What do people know about UMSL and UIWSO?

They are both institutions backed by an undergraduate school, and Incarnate Word has an affiliated DO medical school. I would look at Board scores and which city you prefer to live in. Incarnate Word is newer, but I can't speak to how that affects education or faculty.
