Hi everyone, as a senior in college admitted to med school, does undergrad GPA matter anymore? Does anyone know if you include undergrad GPA on your CV, etc. (or do just put summa cum laude?) when applying to fellowships like Doris Duke or HHMI or whatever? Sorry for such a dumb question, but I promise it's a serious question...I kinda want to enjoy the last few weeks of undergrad without worrying about grades if possible 🙄

I put my GPA under my undergrad institution because I had a 4.0. I think that's the only time it'd help you. One interviewer on the trail cared more about that than how many honors I had on rotations (I think I slipped 4.0 somewhere into ERAS too).

Yeah enjoy your last few weeks - you deserve it. I applied and was accepted with a 3.8, but then let my grades "slip" down to a 3.7 because I wanted to enjoy my last semester. CV still says magna cum laude either way.
