Underserved committment or primary care committment

Hello folks,

I was wondering if any one had committed to work either in underserved community and/or as a primary care physician in return for a part (or all) of their medical expenses to be covered.

I will find it hard to get a bank loan, hence, I am looking to find these alternative sources of funds to get thru my 4 yrs.

Any ideas, other than bank loans, or anything you are aware of, please put it here.

Military branches have programs where they pay for everything including a stipend in return for service.

Some schools have a 3 year program of schooling instead of 4 if you are doing primary care.

Call up different schools and ask about how to be part of the primary care loan repayment program (if they have it).

You basically sign a contract with some place and you are required to work there for x amount of years after you graduate. I know a bunch of schools told me about this during interviews.
