UNECOM rotations

I was recently accepted to UNECOM,which I am very excited about. however, i am a little concerned about their rotations set-up. which is the best site to go to if u have your heart set on an MD residency? also, how bad/good is the required rural site rotation? thanks!

I did my 3rd year rotations at the Rhode Island site...loved it~
I am currently a PGY-1 at an MD Emerg. Medicine Program.
