I'm not actually sure that you are ever allowed to share this information. I haven't read the rules in that much detail. Also, most people matched this year so it's unlikely that too many people have access to unfilled lists. However, I personally had a friend who didn't match in a different specialty so I was able to see the whole thing....
I can say that there were definitely some surprises listed. A few "top 30" programs did not fill but all the top 15-20 ones did. It was mostly community programs left unfilled and then small academic centers. For the most part, programs you would have expected outside of a few outliers. A lot of smaller/lesser known programs also filled but likely due to taking DOs/IMGs/etc. since they knew the match would be tough. Some programs want to fill from the match and others don't mind SOAPing.
Of the notable high-end ones, they were ones in Chicago, Wisconsin, Florida. That's all I can really say.
