I go to Penn State Harrisburg University. It doesn't have pre-med committee that could write me a committee letter. But if I want to get it, I can have my Lors sent to the main campus (university park), where they wi interview me and write me a committee letter. Is it worth it to get a commutter letter? Or are letter of recommendations a better choice for me?
Would the med school look down at my application since I could possible get committee letter if I wanted to.?

I personally would do it because it gives you more freedom to send them without the hassle of doing it yourself. Also, since your school "technically" does committee letters you might be at a disadvantage if your application shows up without one. I personally wouldn't risk adcoms knowing or differentiating the fact that you are on a different campus.
