    all I know is

    1 mile = 1.6km
    1lb = 16oz = 1 pint
    1yr = 3ft
    2pint = 1quart
    8pint = 1gallon

    1ton = 2000lb

    1in = 2.5cm
    1m squared = 10.76 feet squared

    1gallon = 3.785 l

    32f = 0C
    212F = 100c

    1lb = 0.453kg
    1 oz = 28g
    1kg = 2.2lb

    is there any more i need to know?

    instead of memorizing those numbers memorize this formula:
