You can rad my in-depth review on scutwork, which is only a couple of months old.
In a nutshell: Cush intern year, seriously. Plenty of good, free food, garage parking, etc. Nice plush private hopsital. New equipment/facilities, etc. Very sick patients, lots of procedures- I placed a biventricular pacemaker under the watchful eye of the cardiologist. Many, many, many codes, many intubations, etc etc. Pletny of time to read/study for the boards.
Ca1-Ca3 Busy as hell! Volume volume volume. Trauma, etc. Still the cushest residency on campus, compared to other specialties, and they are the typical things you would expect for anesthesia-probably similar things at other programs. Tons and tons of ob and peds. So much that most graduates don't feel the need to complete a peds or ob fellowship, and feel very comfortable in these areas with 'only' the general residency.
Graduates don't seem to have any problems securing nice positions all over the US after they finish. And alumni tell us there aren't any suprises clinically speaking in private practice, and assure us we are getting good training.
The department is very obsessive with board performance and consistent improvement on the exams. They are also very serious about lecture units and having enough books on hand-full library to each resident as a CA-1.
Negatives: Relieving the CRNAs at 5 pm b/c they are paid by the hour. No inhouse moonlighting opportunities, and moonlighting is frowned upon by the PD. In fact, only the academic elite are even allowed to moonlight, and even then they usually get 'shot down' by the PD so I hear.
Other than that, please feel free to write me for any other questions.
