Univ. of Cincy lost application

i mailed in my completed application on Nov. 7th and had a confirmation number with the mail, which said it was received in cincy on the 8th.
today i got a letter from them saying they still had not received the application. i called and they immediately found it. it was sitting in the office for over a month, my application would have been one of the first in line but got lost. will this hurt me.
3.7 gpa, 57pcat(RETAKING IN JANUARY), tons of activites and community service, pharmacy tech in hospital

Yeah, that same exact thing happened to me. I mailed my supplemental application in early November and they notified me a few days ago and said that they have not received it. So, I don't know what is going on over there. Have you received an interview?
