You might still pull an A in the class, though. ;)

I haven't studied at all since test block, and I told myself I wouldn't get behind this time. Yeah, right.

Shouldn't there be two more group scores on our EBM grades page?

I'm studying as much as I can since these finals will make or break my cracka-azz!

I would soooooooooo hate to repeat the whole year over a few points in Neuro and Physio.:beat: That would put me in a rather unpleasant mood for a couple of years.

Yeah, apparently those last two things haven't been graded yet. I'm back to my suspicion that we won't get our final grade until August.

For the latter, not gonna happen. :)

Dude, you've messed with my mind because I can't type anything without thinking about whatever sexual connotations it might have. I mean if tossed salad is no longer safe, what is? ;)

Tossed salad IS safe :D

I hope you're right about that not happening (making 2 Ds)...it would make me hurl...plus it would be embarrassing LOL  Plus Freeze would make fun of me for years.

Did I ever say that getting ready to move sucks? Well, it does.

I'm having new carpet laid in my house and a new roof put on. Playing room shuffle with the furniture for the carpet layer sucks too. I have been painting for four days inside and don't realize how high I am getting until my head is pounding. And I'm burning vacation days for this pleasure.

Plus my wife is in OKC training to start her new job next week, so I have no one to complain to, so you guys get to hear all my griping. Lucky you.

Whew, I feel better now. Send me a bill...

Hell, if you didn't burn 'em, you'd just have to give 'em back. But you could prolly sell 'em though. So yeah, that sucks...

It just dawned on me...
I didn't see any tattoos on our donors during gross anatomy.

Did anyone see any?

You're a freak :D

WTF made you think of that?

I don't think I did. If so I didn't really notice.

Now you went and hurt my feelers!
I must stop and weep. :(

Ah, some sort of associational hippocampus thing. This is the same reason Cherry flavor Chloraseptic REALLY REALLY grosses me the **** out now...

I think there are several of us in Mactopia and more on their way; I found a new-to-me program for flashcards, conveniently named iFlash. I'm not going to get royalties or any **** like that, but it seems like a very user friendly app, with several different styles of presenting the cards. There is a "deck library" where you can up/download other's cards, so if you wanted to search for path cards, or endocrine phys you can. Or if you are the sharing type, upload your own...

Wow...my landlords finally got the air-conditioning fixed...and it only took 49 days and a strongly worded 2-page complaint letter.

Now THAT's service!

Given my pre-test probability, and a tremendous LR+ value, I can with relative certainty say, JohnnyOU, that you have a lesion of this:

Ventral striatum (aka nucleus accumbens): This portion of the basal ganglia helps select the appropriate behavior for a situation, analogous to the motor function of the basal ganglia in which appropriate motor programs are selected.

Yeah, that fits. :)

On a downer note, did anyone notice that we did not get any points back for physiology? :(

lol

oh if that was the only problem.
You're such a showoff with all your fancy medicineman talk.
I wonder if that'll work on the ladies at the bar.

Hey, guys. :) We now max out threads at 1000 posts, which you guys have surpassed. That means that one of you needs to start a "University of Oklahoma, Classes of 2008-2011 part 2" thread. :D

I'll close this one, but leave an actual OU student to start the new thread. Enjoy!
