So lately I've started to bird watch from my window with binoculars and I can't stopping fidgeting it. I can't get my hands to be totally steady and motionless while holding something.

Is this something you can work on to reduce? Will it impact my dream dentist career? 😱

I mean I can hold something like a pencil and it wouldn't look like it's moving, but if you looked closely I'd bet you'd see a bunch of tiny jitters all the time.

my old piano teacher had jittery fingers, but was amazing at the piano. It didn't affect her skills at all.

I wouldn't worry about it

I know you love the fowls and all, but where are you doing this? Like in a rural'ish area? I'm just used to fairly large populations and someone in a window with binoculars makes me laugh a little. Or perhaps you're not looking at birds at all! This explains the shakes! Of course I'm kidding.

I wouldn't worry too much about the shakes.

LOL! Remember to use both hands while holding the binoculars.

I live in the suburbs, except it's right off a lake surrounded by trees and marshes. gorgeous view. Lots of squirrels (not in the marshes!) and water type birds. They go walkin' n eating in the morning and there are baby sandhill cranes. if I'm lucky I'll see an alligator cruising or sun bathing.

lol i get shaky when i'm nervous but dad says that i should practice tai chi and that should help. I can't get serious enough to learn tai chi!

In asian countries sometimes companies make its employees do daily exercises like tai chi to increase work productivity.

What if you had your own practice and made your staff do tai chi everyday? make them do it with a straight face on.
