I have been reading the forums and I am kinda unsure about LIU at this point. I am wait listed at GWU and Thomas Jefferson. Comments have been LIU is not that good and the staff is old. This is the first I had heard of this. Does anyone have any comments about this situation. LIU starts in July and the other two schools don't start until August. I am starting to think maybe i should forget LIU and roll the dice on GWU and Jefferson? Help Please!😕

I would strongly suggest not "rolling the dice" on an unsure thing. You don't want to reject LIU and then find out that you didn't get into any of the other schools.

Visit LIU and make an opinion for yourself. No school's perfect so just make sure the positives for you outweigh the negatives. And what does it matter if the staff is old? Old people need love too.

Ultimately, the choice is up to you. If you decided to attend LIU, you may or may not think the same things you have already heard about LIU. A tour (or maybe another if you have already had one) of the school may help you to decide if LIU is for you or not.
You have to ask yourself as well if you decided not to attend LIU, and you are not taken off the waitlist for GWU and Jefferson, would you be okay with waiting another year and applying again? Try to find out if you can where you are on the waitlists.
I have heard GWU has a low matriculation, but that does not gaurantee anyone on the waitlist will be taken off.
