So who's got an interview at UOP, and if so what were your stats and aadsas send in dates? Also what's the consensus about interviewing at UOP and getting accepted? Does anyone know if it's true that a high percentage of interviewees get accepted? Let us know!

I have same question. I applied to UOP and penn, finished my secondary about a month ago and haven't hear any interviews from them. My AADSAS # is around 2500 and gpa 3.6/science gpa 3.7 and DAT 24.
Should I start to worry?

You can check your application status on UOP's website.

As for Penn, well my app has been complete since 8/27 and I still havent heard anything. The last letter I got just said that everything was complete. Just ghive them some time. They will eventually contact you either way.

Do you refer to UOP as University of Pittsburgh or Pacific?

UOP is University of the Pacific...apparently they are now trying to go by the moniker "Pacific".

UOP, i am referring to Universit of Pacific.
I applied to university of pittsburgh also and I think they didn't start to send out interview invitation since no one in sdn got interview so far.

i check UOP website reguarly and it seems that they update the application status every friday. My file was complete on 8/30 and the status is still under the review. They take so much time to review the application! 😕

My AADSAS number is around 2600, gpa 3.2, DAT 23. My app got to them on Sept 3 and they called me up for an interview on the 15th or so. You might want to give them a call. Maybe they're having trouble reaching you.

What are the chances of getting in Univ. of the Pacific after getting an interview? Anyone know? I got a call for an interview yesterday. It is my top choice.

HI, I'm a second year at Pacific. Once you get invited to an interview, you can be pretty certain that you will be accepted. I think that they interview about 300 people, and accept about the same amount. So congratulations on your interview, and just relax now! 👍

Sorry, I forgot to say. It was from UOP. I didn't apply to penn. I think it's fine to call them up, but you have to be subtle about how you ask. Just tell them you're calling to make sure everything's ok with the application, how much you're interested in the school, and if there is anything you can do to help the process along. The person you get on the phone may not be the person who actually makes the decisions, but they'll note your name and pull your file hopefully. As long as you aren't calling them twice a week, I think it won't hurt to check in with them.

People don't want to post in a bizzalion places. All interviews that ppl's want to share are under "interviews" and Stat's are all over the place but most are under 2005 stat page. You can see the page after you click on the link for pre-dental forum. It is usually one of the first 10 thread up or so.
