If I want to send an update to all the schools that I applied to, should I wait until I am verified? Do the schools have my AMCAS ID on file before verification?

I would wait... whatever you're updating should wait until you get verified and submit secondaries.

Some secondaries have a spot for including recent updates.

hey! My update is actually concerning the primary application. So I should wait for verification and secondaries only for schools that don't pre-screen. but for schools like wayne state that actually pre-screen, I should not wait until the secondaries?

Don't worry about a few typos. Seriously, it is not going to break you, the ADCOMS understand we are humans using a clunky interface.

Even my own experience section "why it wast most important" box got cut off by a few letters (and the final period). It read something like this:

"...and I hope this will be possible for me in the futur"

whatever. no biggie, right? 👍

What is this update that can't wait?

Pasting into the experience description box causes text to be jumbled,and ppl suggest I email each school with the original text.so far I ve contacted 3 schools that have sent me secondaries,I m wondering should I continue with the rest of the schools?( the 3 all agreed to add that to my file)

spelling and format are a big deal in your application. errors indicate a lack of attention to detail and some screeners will throw out apps because of it. this happens for sure at the top 20 schools and at others as well. the competition is tough enough why give them another reason to weed you out

proofread and have others read it for you as well, as you will miss your own errors.

6or7 words ..the system cut off the last bit of one experience..and changed random letters of some words..such as dseigning ..so offing frustrated..didn't realize until I pasted the response back to word file ..
