I haven't heard anything back from any of the schools I applied to, and I'm getting pretty worried about not having any II. This summer/fall I have been working with some other students to bring back a nationally recognized honors society to our university and have been serving in the role of vice president. Because of COVID and the organization application timeline at my university we have had to delay inviting any students to our chapter, but we are recognized by the national chapter and by my university. I did not include this in any of my applications because it was not a sure thing yet, but now it is. Is this something that I should update my schools about in a letter or just wait and maybe bring it up in an interview or something?

It's not going to move the needle for you.

I looked at your WAMC thread from July. You have a good academic comeback story, a solid MCAT, and your major will make you stand out a bit. If anything holds you back it will be your ECs. Ignore your mission (which is what I do) and they are borderline at best. If you want to improve your chances then work on those.
