HI,

If I have a new work/activity that I updated for the places I already interviewed at, is it OK to sent it to the schools I was invited to but didn't attend yet?

On the same topic: what about schools that I haven't gotten an II yet, is it considered bad form to send an update preII?

You can send anyone who accepts updates a pre interview update. It is not considered bad form.

As a general rule, just look at the school's policy. If they say "we accept updates", send them an update at any time you wish. The effect on the application depends on what the update includes.
