Update Letter with Publication?

Is it worth sending an update letter about an accepted manuscript listed in my activities that is now published and the start of my research job at a well-respected academic hospital? I know starting a job isn’t necessarily the biggest news, but I was wondering how big of a gap there is between an accepted manuscript and publication. Thanks!
