Typically I do an exam, r/o UTI and try meds. I don’t like the idea of diapers.

I have some recent pictures of decent wounds on a dog created by diapers.

I've seen that too. I don't think I'd go down that route unless my vet really recommended it. We will be headed in for an appointment soon

I would like to say that my friend who used them, they weren't really diapers per se....they were a homemade "cover" that was soft on the edges, made specifically for Rose, with a "poise" pad that slid inside a "pouch" inside. it was fairly roomy, and since she only used it at night, then she did not have any issues.
