Do you send in update transcripts only if you get an A? I received a B in a upper division Biology class. Will sending in an update help/hurt my chances?

I've been wondering this exact same thing. I made a B last semester in Biochem, so my GPA went down and now I'm not sure if I should send in an update transcript in May. But will that look weird?
