UPenn finished with Interview Invites???

I heard that UPenn is done sending out invites from a friend. is this true?

Unless something very strange happens, yes. Our last interview day is this Friday and I'm certain that all of the invites for this week have been sent.

According to the UPENN Status page, they interview into March.

nope, they just send out the rejections in march, i called and asked. they are pretty done with interviews. sorry guys, i was pulling for upenn too.

When I interviewed there, they told me that we'd hear back from them (via email) approximately in the 1st or 2nd week of march (6-10th).....the email will send us to the status page, where we find out whats up. I've got my fingers crossed, even though we still got some time

for a non rolling school like Penn, (also Columbia, Yale, etc.) do you guys think the date of your interview makes a difference as to how favorably the admissions staff looks at you? e.g... i was complete in august but was invited two weeks ago.

No, Februrary 6th is the last interview date. Yesterday I received an e-mail from the boss stating that fact.

As for whether you have equal chances if you got the invite recently, I honestly don't know. It would be PC to just say "You're on equal footing with everyone else!", but I'm not sure if that's the case. It makes me (and you) wonder why they waited so long. Oh well, good luck anyways!
