UPenn Supplemental Question

One of the essay questions on the UPenn supplemental application is the following: “How will you judge if you are a successful dentist? Please describe.”

I just want to clarify the purpose of this question. Should I write about what qualities do I think a successful dentist should have? I’d appreciate any inputs.
