I am an international student so tuition for these schools would be roughly the same but I was hoping to get some advice on which school is better. I have heard some concerns regarding safety in the UPENN area but apart from that is UPENN the obvious choice here?

Welcome to the forums.

Just to clarify you are going into the regular DDS/DMD track or the international dentist track? I presume the first?

BU's dental school isn't in a good location either.
