You're making us do the work for you. At least tell us how much each school would cost you, give us your own pros and cons first, and then lets us comment. You can find the generalized pros and cons for each of the these schools just by browsing the forums.

Are you OOS for all of these schools? Price not being a factor, then my vote is for UPenn! The facility is state of the art, brand new, and the students seem very happy there!
