Hey all -

I cannot seem to upload photos right on any of my secondaries....

I upload a normal, small picture, and it always exceeds the height and dimension but is WAY smaller than the allowed file size. So my pics end up being really, really small.

How do you do it the right way?!?? Does taking a pic with your own digi cam not work?

This is annoying.

I agree this is annoying because i'm not sure what exactly you are asking. You say it exceeds the dimensions, but the pics are really small. That statement doesn't make any sense.

If you meet the file size requirement but not the dimensions requirement then obviously they want the pictures to be below certain dimensions. The dimensions vary by school but just resize the pictures to meet the max width and height.

Now, if you meet the dimensions but not the file size then most likely you are using the wrong file format. Use '.jpeg' instead of '.bmp'. That should reduce the size of the file while allowing you to keep the same height/width.

Your own cameara pictures are fine, just make sure the dimensions are correct, and the file size is correct.

You seem to know that it exceeds the height, so shrink it down! It's called "resizing."

Ignore this thread - I realized i was making a stupid mistake
