Hey, I found about this school 2 weeks ago. I saw applications opened in march. If I'm trying to get in February 2027, would it be too late to apply now? I saw on the application it seems to be letting me apply to both 2027 and 2028 intake. I wanted to double check and make sure this is the correct program code, if yall know.

I may be wrong, but I think you can still apply for 2027 but you'll be in the third round of admissions so it's a bit more challenging. Reach out to them by email, they're very helpful!

Maybe! It's a bit complicated because something out of my control happened but we'll see if it's resolved any time soon

I’d say I felt ok about mine, not bad but not great either.

I’d say I prepared a good amount I asked several people who had recently done med school MMIs (all for US schools) for tips and looked up common MMI questions and practiced answering them. I also kinda researched basic ethical principles, especially related to medicine because I had heard that they like to ask those ethical scenarios where there’s technically no right answer, so I felt prepared for those questions.

The MMI format made it feel a little bit awkward in a way, and I’ve heard from many people that this isn’t exactly an uncommon feeling. There were some questions that I had so much to say and many personal experiences I could draw on and I was talking up until the end. There was another one where it was like a yes or no question but if yes explain like 5 things and my answer was no so we were sitting there in awkward silence for a few minutes.

I feel like I had reasonable answers for every question, but of course I later thought of things I could’ve added or a more concise way to say something…the usual overthinking. I’ve never been one of those people who’s really good at interviewing and naturally forms a connection with everyone. It’s also hard to tell what kind of impression you’re left on someone after like 10 minutes, and besides the info on their website for MMI, I don’t know the exact criteria the interviewers were using.

I'm not the best at evaluating my performance, particularly with interviews because they're not really a strength for me, but I think it was alright but definitely could have been better. I didn't say anything horrible, but my interviewing skills are not strong so definitely work on practicing for that if you feel you're in the same boat.

I got an email about 2 weeks after my interview (early April) but I haven’t heard much since. Just a response to questions I’ve asked and this one email about 2-3 weeks ago asking to confirm my ongoing interest so they can take everyone who is no longer interested off the waitlist.

I haven't gotten any emails from them at all since my interview and I only found out I was wait-listed by checking...don't know if that's a bad sign. rip

Yeah mine says that too. I interviewed around the same time as you and didn’t receive an email either. We’re in the same boat. Fingers crossed for us.

No, just an email last week that basically said I’m still on the waitlist and they plan to send out more offers in early October after the last interview round.
