Hello everyone.

I have my AMCAS ready to go for June 1st to hit submit, but this morning I woke up to find I now have a problem. Apparently yesterday the registrars office at my university changed my transcript a bit and my transcript now looks different from the one AAMC has received, and how I have it listed in my coursework section.

What had happened was that I studied abroad 2 semesters ago, and the transfer office FINALLY just got to transferring my study abroad credits to my student account, which now entirely changed my Spring 2016 section of my transcript.

The transcript AAMC has says YAPXX - Study Abroad in France 15 credit hours

It now looks like the attached Spr16tr.png

If I order a new transcript from my university, it won't arrive until after the 1st due to the holiday weekend.

I was wondering if I can keep it as how it was, especially b/c none of the classes that changed were taken at this university and none of them thus have grades associated with them, and I still have the same amount of credit hours.
AAMC also has my transcript from the university I studied abroad at so they do have a list of those classes with the associated credits and grades.

Any words of wisdom will be appreciated.

You should call AMCAS and ask them when they're open. It probably won't be a big deal at all. Also, you don't need to submit on June 1st. AMCAS doesn't send their first primaries to schools until later in the month, so you can probably submit within the first one-two weeks of June and still get secondaries on July 1st.
