USMLE URGENT.Fees for delaying step 1, after postponing the eligibility period(6months)

So, I have had a family emergency recently, so I haven't been getting the score that I want in the practice NBME's. I have already extended the eligibility period once for 3 months after the 1st 3 months. Is there a way to extend the period?? Even if it means paying the full exam fees again, I am okay with that.
