I'm missing two social science courses for one of the schools I'm applying to (Touro) and 3 biology credits (KCUMB requires 11 bio credits). I've called all these schools and they all said that they'd consider your application, but I would have to complete the coursework before matriculation. I was only planning on taking these classes if I got into one of these schools. I was either going to take them online or at a local community college. Because of this, I haven't enrolled anywhere and probably won't until January. I didn't realize you had to list planned coursework on aacomas. Because I don't have a school yet and have nothing officially planned, I can't list this planned coursework. Does this mean I can't apply to these schools (Touro and KCUMB)? Will my application not even be considered because they don't see these courses as planned on aacomas ? For what it's worth, my stats are strong (3.66, 3.43, 35). Will this make them a more lenient?

Why not take them online during the fall and get it over with?

I'd really like to not spend the cash and the time on these courses if I don't have to.

You can list that you plan on taking them and will be fine.

I was planning to take a bunch of classes that I ended up not taking... because I got into the school I wanted which did not require the additional coursework.

If you're currently enrolled at a University, I would simply list that you will take them from there. By the time you have to decide you can switch to a different college (Comm. College or whatever) and the school will not care as long as you get the credits done.

I graduated from UG in 2013, so I'm not enrolled anywhere...

Well then list the school you would most likely complete the courses at.

So choose the local community college? Won't AACOMAS require a transcript from this school thought?

You could register for the classes, get the transcript sent to ACMAS/AACOMAS, then drop them....... re-register if you get accepted?

Well they wouldn't need a transcript until after you took the course, right? And you would know whether or not you are accepted before you took the class correct? So it wouldn't really matter once you are in. It was over a year ago I did mine so some details are fuzzy, but I looked back and it shows that I am planning/in progress of taking classes on my AACOMAS that I never ended up taking. Doesn't matter.

No, AACOMAS requires a transcript or enrollment verification to list planned courses, according to what I've seen on here and the phone call I just made to them. I just called KCUMB and they said they would still consider my application even though I am deficient 3 biology credits and do not have anything listed under "planned." I cannot get in touch with Touro, so I may SOL out of luck from applying there, which would be a shame because they were one of those DO schools I'd have really like to have gone to.

EDIT: I just got in touch with Touro, and they said they would still consider my application even though I don't have this coursework under the planned section, and if I got in, they would send a letter saying that I am deficient in such-and-such and that I need to complete in before I enroll. This goes against some of what I've read on here in the past about Touro, so I'm still a little concerned.
