You are invited to complete an anonymous online survey as part of a research project conducted by Dr. Singh, orthodontics resident and Dr. Tabbaa, faculty mentor at Jacksonville University School of Orthodontics. The research project is called Referral Practices among University Healthcare Providers and their Knowledge about Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics and Other Dental Specialties. The purpose of the project is to provide insight and compare university healthcare providers’ baseline knowledge about orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics among other dental specialties as well as referral practices in university health programs. - Non-dental full-time university doctor holding a faculty appointment in healthcare specialties such as Dermatology, Family Medicine, Ear, Nose and Throat, among others.
- Practicing healthcare service provider either holding a faculty appointment or employed with a university in fields such as nursing, speech and language pathology, occupational therapy, among others.
