I have been a longtime lurker on this site. On AADSAS, my undergraduate sGPA is 2.84, my science masters sGPA is 3.8. Putting together all my science classes (undergrad + grad school), my sGPA comes to 3.06. My overall GPA is 3.33. My DAT scores are: AA-21, TS-21, PAT-22 (went up from 19 previously). I have had a couple interviews this cycle and they went very well and they were all successful, but still no acceptances. I am debating whether I should take any more courses to boost my GPA. I was thinking of re-taking some of the same science courses I took in undergrad to do better and bring my undergrad sGPA up.

Does anyone know if the science courses I re-take from undergrad will be calculated into my undergrad sGPA even after graduating with a masters now. I am seriously depressed because of the mistakes I had made in undergrad in the beginning. My last 2 years of undergrad were very strong compared to my first 2 years. Plus my 1 year of a strong grad school performance as well. But the damage from the first 2 years of undergrad is really hurting me. Is there anything else I can do? Please help me out guys, thanks.

"ADEA AADSAS reports: overall GPA (undergraduate, graduate and combined); and these undergraduate GPA's: biology-chemistry-physics GPA (BCP); science GPA (all science courses including math, natural sciences and BCP; non-science GPA." - Taken right off of their website.

That means that if you repeat a bio class you got a C in and you manage an A, it will be like you got a B in both of them. (2+4)/2 = 3 (B average)

I understand what they do and how they show it on AADSAS. My problem is that my undergrad sGPA is shown on there in a separate column and it is probably the main reason why a lot of schools are not considering me.

True, true. But I also know that I can bring it up to a 3.0 with some of the courses I got C's in. The only problem is that I would have to wait another year.
