Sorry it wasn't a labor shortage. It was simply how can we get exponential gains with zero costs and no sacrifice of our kind. Again, kidnapping, oppression, torture, murder, and slavery has no ground of justification. Nice try though, again false equivalencies doesn't fool anyone on here.

But making flaming comments does nothing to contribute even if you don't think this thread can solve anything it still doesn't warrant ignorance or trying to upset any partakers in the conversation. That's just simple etiquette. Mutual respect and pleasant exchange isn't too much to ask of future professionals.

Isn't labor shortage demand being more
than supply? Whatever the reason, whether people are simply being lazy or not, if labors are needed but no one wants to work, it is labor shortage. A country with positive unemployment rate can have labor shortage. And I don't think it was false equivalency. I can under where you comming from but I disagree. Please do not regard it as simple 'try' or conclusion of inferior logic flow.

Now I too believe that my rainbow comment is unprofessional and I apologize to you and other people who are affected.

I'm not upset in the slightest. Sorry if it's hard to read emotions through text. I am actually trying to be more proactive, because as soon as someone starts then there is a flood of nonsense and no one takes the time to digest the responses of their peers. We've all seen how the flame wars go down. I think this thread has done a good job at dialogue and I would rather it not make a left turn for the worst. That's all.

When I see random comments aimed for shock values it's readily apparent the goal isn't to contribute but to excite emotions. I'm not particularly fond of such comments.

Also not sure you can infer whether someone else is trying to upset people on the forum, especially being that you just misjudged my own post.
