US schools with international affiliations

Hello,

Are there any schools out there that have strong affiliations overseas?

For example, Cornell has a campus in Qatar. (I have emailed them to ask if they will allow MD/PhD or plain MD students to go back and forth...waiting for reply)

Are there any other programs like this?
