USC doesn't pick up the phone

What is their deal? Office hours start at 8:30am, but nobody picks up the phone ever. This is ridiculous.

Noone at USC ever knows or gives a straight answer anyway so it's useless to even waste time calling! I know from experience with these guys. Thankfully I got into my state school so I could reject their offer.

well, both. and bc i just got one via standard mail.

and when i was talking to an adcom member i was told that they start looking at apps late july/early august.
