USC Final Decisions

If the decisions have already been made, has anyone tried calling to see if they will tell you over the phone?

from all other posts that I have read they will not tell you over the phone. we will just have to wait until late next week.... wish they would tho...

i was SORT OF notified over the phone...when i called (this was back in march though) they told me when my letter was mailed, and that if i hadn't received it by the end of the week to call them, and that i would be receiving an evite shortly...so...i was nervously celebrating after that phone call 🙂

for everyone waiting on keck: i just called and they said we will here by the end of this week- they are mailing letters out now, but also plan to email an electronic copy of the decision letter..so we will definitely know by friday!!!!!!!!

Just got my decision via email. Alternate list. 🙁 Guess have to keep on hoping things work out.

It sucks because you don't know what ur chances are of getting off the waitlist when it is not ranked. Plus I've heard USC's waitlist doesn't move that much. I don't know, since they don't reject anyone after the interview it is hard to determine if you a decent chance of getting off the waitlist. I'm sure they know to a certain extent who will be most likely coming off first.

No I interviewed in April.

i interviewed Oct. 21 and this wait is killing me!! it will soon be 7 weeks. has anyone heard anything from USC yet from the first batch of interviews? i called two weeks ago and they said i'd hear within two weeks...but still no word.

In the USC secondary thread, two people have reported getting acceptance letters. I believe those two interviewed 10/14 and 15. I also interviewed on the 21st, and haven't heard anything (although I am out of town, so it could be sitting in my mailbox *I hope* 😛)
